2009 Northeast Regional: Egg Harbor, NJ

Racing in New Jersey was great. Riders from throughout the Northeast were able to get the bikes out, loosen up and rattle off the rust and dust from a long winter. Saturday saw a couple racks of Elite Open riders make their way out. Matt Kelty managed to snag the win, and take home the cash. Matt has been on a tear as of late and has really seemed to come into his own in the Super-X class. Look for him to be working hard this summer and making moves to shake things up in the Elite series next year.

FIRST SIZES OF TIOGA POWERBLOCK TIRES ARRIVE IN SHOPS

Up until this point, the only way to get a pair of the new TIOGA POWERBLOCK tires was to purchase a complete 2009 REDLINE Flight bike; which were the first bikes to be spec’d with this modern-day treaded tire.
Todd Lyons to be Featured on Rob Dyrdek’s Fantasy Factory

Just thought I’d give you a heads up for your website news & whatnot that I’ll be on “Rob Dyrdek’s Fantasy Factory” this Sunday night. I went up to the “Factory” in LA a while ago & took some SE bikes & taught Rob & Drama how to do flips into the foam pit on BMX bikes. Rob definitely had some trouble. It was pretty entertaining to say the least!
